We only charge a nominal fee for remodel work, and we can control costs with our subcontractors and suppliers.  Ultimately, our costs are very competitive with other small contractors, or even owners who want to perform work themselves.

• Spokane Valley remodel/addition

  We recently completed an extensive addition/remodel to a home built in 1999. The scope of work included the addition of an oversized 3 car garage, as well as adding 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a mud room to the existing home. The project also included remodeling of the existing home, which involved adding skylights, new counters and tile in the Kitchen, a complete Laundry Room update, new Master Bath counters, new garage doors and exterior brick work, etc. This 1999 home looks brand new!

• Multiple basement finishes

  Throughout the last year, we have completed multiple basement finishes for existing Paras homeowners. All of these projects were performed at a competitive price, with knowledge of the home floor plan and the important issues, and at a high quality level which added value to the home.

• 1976 Home Remodel

  This was a wide-ranging home renovation which brought an older house back up to date! For starters, we opened up the spaces of the home and modernized the layout. Additionally, we essentially remodeled the entire main floor of the home from the framing up. Finally, the exterior of the house received a complete face lift with new windows, siding, and stone. Overall, it was an incredible home transformation!
